This Oil is in excellent Condition, is frames and appears to have been relined an cleaned . The Painting was purchased in London, sometime in the 1970’s. Has been in storage several years. The workmanship is very good. Could no find anything on this Artist, but maybe I am not reading the signature right. We are selling this at a fraction,of what was paid.
