The engraved or etched design features a detailed lotus flower theme with a center floral element, symmetrical and geometrical. The design covers the bowl inside and outside; the base is etched. The item is heavy, possibly brass with silver plate. The style suggests it was likely made in India or elsewhere in Asia. Remnant of a sticker on the bottom.
