Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage it has foxing around the edges of the cover and maybe a tiny bit of flaking but hard to tell the cover is detached it has the spine split from the bottom staple down and other defects. I would call it around a 1.8 gd- out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
