But they have 1 or more of the following flaws: damp staining (usually confined to 20-40% of surface - may be very light or very dark depending on the DNA of the paper), heavier than usual folds possibly with small fold splits, frayed edges, pen or marker marks, edge splits or tears (sometimes taped), rubber or machine stamps, staple tears/holes, soiling (often erasable), staple rust flakes and soiling/soot (often can be brushed off) etc. By and large, most the finely detailed steel engraved vignettes have been spared the worst of such "abuse" which makes them AMAZING resources for creating ART (Collage combinations of the same or different ones to create mind-blowing patterns!! Or paste one or more on a card that can be displayed or sent as a postcard). Certs may have attachments such as transfer, tax or probate certificates - no charge. There are usually more titles than those shown - other times we may only a few available, depending on how many we can find in our warehouse. Titles and colors may vary. Each lot of 400 Grade B stocks will have a minimum of 20 different titles and/or colors in varying, not equal, amounts.
