The two story Dollhouse is about 16" high 25 long and 9 inches wide. The dollhouse comes with a collection of furniture and 7 family members and a car. The Doll House will be shipped unassembled to help with the cost of shipping. I am enclosing extra furniture that has been repaired over the years or needs repair work as a bonus and no charge and not in the photos. It is in great condition with signs of normal wear and being played with for over 70 years, but still has plenty of life and love left in it.
