Description: Offered is a vintage Zanesville Stoneware Company corset or trumpet or carnation vase in a matte lavender glaze. The vase is marked with its shape number 17 impressed on the unglazed undersurface of the vase. The vase is 7.75 inches tall. It has a diameter of 5.25 inches at its opening and sits on a base with a 4 inch diameter. Excellent condition. No cracks, breaks, repairs or chips. Some discoloration to the clay of the unglazed undersurface. A few variations in the glaze depth some of which show the color of the underlying clay. A few bubble pops in the glaze. Some residue from use in the interior of the vase. The vase will be carefully packaged and shipped box in box.
