Not a Topps release these cards pulled from a sealed set and include more cards than any Topps set.These are in a 25ct plastic case. 1994-1996 Topps complete sets are often junk. Cards stuck together. Had brand new sets back then that had cards stuck together. These are no exception. Spotting on some cards which appears to be the clear coat on the card no tears but these cars are mostly fair to excellent in each group.
