Description: Vintage Mortima Super Datomatic Manual Wind Dive Watch.Nice overall condition. Dial: Clean dial with very little marking - Nice oversize hour numbers. Grade A. Hands - Excellent - Lume (which is no longer luminus) is all present.. Grade A – see below. Crystal: Re polished acrylic with magnifier over the date. No cracks or scratches. Case: Cleaned. Pitting all over including on crown - just what you want on a vintage tool watch - shows it has had a life! Bezel rotates but the markers have all worn off. You can buy a 55.4mm bezel on the 'net for little money but I really wouldn't. 35.5mm excluding crown. Grade C. Crown: Unsigned and wonderfully pitted. Strap: Original cleaned diver wet suit compatable strap. Grade A Movement: Very clean original Jeweled movement keeping good time. Grade A. Please note that this watch is over 60 years old and predates modern quartz movements. Therefore, +-3 represents 99.9% accuracy. You will get a watch that ticks, and the second hand 'sweeps' in a way that a modern watch never can. The watch will need winding every day! Please see my other listings for more watches. Major cosmetic and/or mechanical flaws that directly affect the integrity of the watch. E The watch may be missing parts and/or may not run at all.
