N SCALE METLIFE HOSPITAL SKYSCRAPER / HIGH RISE / BUILDING

Description: Up for sale today I have the Metlife Hospital V2 now with open windows. Was 3D designed and 3D printed by me and is made with Black pla. Comes in 2 unglued piece: Bottom & Top pieces. The bottom portion of the building is symmetrical and has a defect on the back but otherwise in good condition. Measures approximately: 7 inches Wide X 4 1/8 inches Deep X About 18 1/4 inches tall. This is a 3D printed building. If you look at it closely it will have layer lines. Iv done the majority of the cleanup but may need some additional cleanup. 3D printers are not a perfect technology there may be small defects. This is PLA Plastic, do not store in your attic or somewhere that gets over 140F. Be sure to check my selling page for more model railroad goodies! Please contact me for more info. Price will be based on size. Note for most building - Almost all buildings I made were for requests and were specifically made to the size the requester wanted. Most building have a reduced story count to be more trainboard and economically friendly. Because the story count (height) may be reduced, the width and depth may have some windows removed so building looks realistic and not overly wide/deep. Because of this some buildings in the same area might not be proper height to one another. I can remodel most buildings to meet your needs so if you wanted something shorter or taller or in a custom size so please contact me for more info. Changing the size will ultimately change the price.
