Description: New Playset - Never removed from Box - however, the seal on this box has worn off on one side so it is now open. There is wear around the box, one of the main issues is something spilt on the box at some point over the last 25 years. The stain is visible in the pictures on the front and side. On the back of the package on the top corner there is a tear where maybe a price sticker once was. On the back there are scuffs and wear. Not by any means mint packaging.
