Description: At long last! Now you can customize your US Military surplus BCG "Birth Control Glasses" with these plastic-and-wire "riding bow" style cable temples. I've been selling brand new standard brown acetate BCG frames here on eBay for years and have sold hundreds and hundreds of pairs. Now I've been able to secure a quantity of brand new cable temple pieces (no front frames included -- I do have those available separately, please see my other listings) which allow you to customize your current BCGs or build a new pair by matching these to front pieces from my other listings. Take a look at my other listings and you'll be able to see the "standard" frames and other options. These are all BRAND NEW temple pieces which were purchased as military surplus 20+ years ago and have been in storage since. These are the ultimate in hipster nerd temples and are 100% brand new unworn -- pair these temples with your choice of fronts and take them to your local optician to have lenses put in to match your prescription, have them install tinted lenses for sunglasses, or just use dummy glass lenses to use these as a fashion accessory. There are three sizes available, 4-1/4" - 6-1/4", 4-1/2" - 6-1/2" and 4-3/4" - 6-3/4". They are all manufactured by Rochester Optical Manufacturing Company, dated between 1988 and 1990.
