New Zager Travel Guitar With Lifetime Lessons, Tuner, Extra Strings, Gig Bag!

Description: This brand NEW ZAGER travel guitar ( smaller sized than standard dreadnought some call parlor guitar ) is in new condition and has never been played except when it was set up at the factory. It comes with a nice digital tuner, extra Zager strings designed specifically for these guitars, and lifetime subscription to video guitar lesson via anaccess code. Denny Zager has a massive training system that he's been expanding on for decades that really stresses good technique and is a good foundation. I believe it's usually five or six hundred dollars for that training series it's included free with this guitar. I bought my daughter one of these a couple years ago and I'm honestly astounded at the sound quality especially for a slightly smaller size guitar it sounds big other than my other's ears it sounds bigger than any of my other acoustics. I don't know how they do it but they do. It also has the easy play bridge which in short means you don't have to press your fingers down as hard on the strings to make the chords as you do on a standard or other brand guitars. Size Aprox. 14 wide x 39 wide. x 4 inches deep. I'm pricing all these Eggers to sell because frankly I got them for a heck of a deal myself because of some Mix-Ups we had with the Zager warehouse trying to make things right for me. By the way Zager has great customer service. Good luck! 9 out of 10 times your item will be shipped in 24hours.. The following is not related to this specific listing just general information. SELLERS NOTES: I am prefacing all listings for a while with this I have more than 368 positive feedbacks over 21 years for major sales the 96% feedback rating is from one feedback only and this a "gentleman" ( in my opinion) clearly tried to extort $100 from me. When he asked me for the money, I asked him if there's a problem that I could fix, and if not, I'd consider a partial refund. He couldn't give me any explanation as to the problem problem with the guitar. After stressing again that he wanted the money, I again told him I can't fix something or make something right if I don't know what the problem is. He then proceeded to leave a probably dishonest feedback saying that I would not respond to him. Since there were multiple detailed messages from me to him in response showing the to be a falsehood, I reached out to eBay to ask that they remove the negative feedback since a the money was an extortion attempt and be the feedback he left was not true. EBay's response was that he hadn't violated the feedback policy for what you can and cannot say. So apparently whether your feedback is truthful or not makes no difference. They did not respond to my assertions that in my opinion extortion was being attempted. eBay must have reached out to the buyer because he did take the original comments associated with the negative feedback down but put up an even worse one. A brutal scathing one that was even more untrue. The feedback was so over the top my modified guitar sales stopped abruptly and entirely. As a result struggling to make mortgage. It seems apparent to me in this situation that eBay's most important objective is to get paid as much as possible under any circumstance. Even if it means not enforcing their own regulations. ref violations of buying and selling policy. I left a polite but strongly worded complaint with eBay, and the response was, now, instead of getting paid when I print my labels out, I get paid when the buyer receives the item. I don't know if this was a policy change for everybody or just me, but it's not an accident that this allows eBay to hang on to our funds in escrow and extra week and make interest off all of our money while we wait for snail mail. And whereas I used to be able to add additional information to my listing if no one had bid on it yet I'm unable to do that either so now if I find that I forgotten to include some important information or something changes I need to take down the entire listing and do it again and lose all the Watchers . Again, I don't know if that was a change for everybody or just me because it seems a bit retaliatory. But that fight is for another day. It's rather interesting that I've been selling these guitars for this long and never had a single complaint, and suddenly one of mine is "completely unplayable yet without any explanation as to why, one of the best guitars I ever built is labeled completely unplayable"? Yet not a single thing was mentioned as wrong with it. Or listed incorrectly or misleadingly My guess is (in my humble opinion) that the fella had buyer's remorse for one reason or another. Unforeseen bills, an upset spouse, he sobered up. I don't know why, but whatever it was, instead of reaching out to me openly and honestly about it, he decided to make it the seller's fault, with zero justification to back it, and went after extra money. Then followed through with his threat of a negative feedback when I didn't comply to what I feel was extortion. What would you have done, which I also thought was against eBay policy, but hey, I guess it's a free-for-all now so buyer and seller beware. I believe that if you have a problem with something it's always best to talk to people calmly and rationally like adults, but that's just my opinion. Honetly, if the guy had even made up an issue, I would have probably worked with him, just to avoid the major issue it caused, but when its a flat-out " give me the money" situation, that's a different story. What would you have done? Don't think for a second eBay is going to back you up. I just wanted to clarify that single negative feedback . I want people to know that I ALWAYS do my very best to list things accurately and treat people the way I'd like to be treated without being a pushover. The truth is sometmes, after almost 23 years of making eBay money something is bound to go wrong at some point. Its really disappointing to see how far down the standards of this platform are trending. Paypal did the same thing. What is that old saying ? Don't let the Bas***ds get you down.
