From 1945 to 1946, Nazi Germany leaders stood trial for crimes against peace, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and conspiracy to commit any of the foregoing crimes. NUREMBERG, GERMANY During the Moscow Conference on October 30, 1943, the Declaration of Atrocities was signed by President Franklin D. The jurisdiction of the Tribunal included crimes against peace, war crimes, and crimes against humanity.
