Description: This device is sold for PARTS ONLY. No cables or SD card included. It does turn on, and seems to hold a charge. When it turns on, you can swipe/press buttons, and it seems to work initially, but then it seems to lock up. There is no SD card in it, so I do not know if this is why it becomes unresponsive. When it is unresponsive, I can hold the power button for 10 seconds, and it will turn off. Don't know if there is a fix for this or if it can be repaired. It is in solid physical shape.
