Original 1775 30th Regiment Revolutionary War Period Button St Augustine Florida

Description: Original Revolutionary War Period Button1775 - 1783 St Augustine Florida Recovered from St Augustine Florida from the British Occupational Periods 1775 - 1783 this is an original button recovered by me through use of a metal detectorit was recovered around 2018 and has been kept in a sealed container the button shows signs of wear and corrosion as seen in the photos,the edges show slight wear as seen in the photosthe front shows some pitting and corrosion as seen in the photosthe button is over all on very good condition and not further deteriorating as often seen in pewter buttons of the periodthe button does show signs of earlier deterioration as pewter doesn't survive well in the harsh Florida soilsince being dug it was lightly cleaned with warm water only to remove soil and then preserved and held in its container. i have dug 1000s of Spanish colonial and Revolutionary war period artifacts and have sold many through my storethis Ebay is new, I started this Ebay page to start moving some of my older and more rare collectables and artifacts I have written 8 books on the Spanish colonial and revolutionary war period artifacts i have recovered and have been featured in many treasure magazinesincluding several appearances in the Western and eastern Treasure Magazine and American Digger Magazine i am often invited to do guest speaking and book sales at events around the east coast My books can be found on occasion through my Ebay hereon Amazon, and on Barnes and Noble AmazonTHE COLONIAL ARTIFACT GUIDE 1500s - 1800s ( my main artifact book ).
