Made in USA.There are washing instructions on the doll and it looks like it needs a bath.There are some loose threads, especially on the legs that form the foot and the knee.The outfit is not tagged but appears original.No adoption papers. I'm calling her Dorothy because she looks like she's ready for ruby slippers. *It will have signs of wear, possibly stains or even damage.I took pictures of any I saw and I am happy to take more pictures if requested.
