It is a bubble mailer with first class tracking and is much more reliable. Packaging - I use a higher quality envelope and appropriate protection depending on the number of cards. Condition - We check the general condition of the card when listing and again prior to shipping. We do not grade cards, but we do eliminate any cards we do not feel would at least be near mint.
