Description: For sale is some very early Palmolive Shampoo Bar Soap. It is very primitive, from back before modern wrapped bar soap. The bar is irregular shaped and weighs 3 lbs without a box, but has impressed advertising logos into the bar. When you wanted to use the soap, you would scrape a little bit off for your bath. My mom got it from some elderly antique dealers back when she was first collecting and she is in her 80s now. So it is probably from around the turn of the century when the company was first formed.
