Description: Vintage 1987 Selchow & Righter deluxe Scrabble game is in excellent gently-used clean condition without flaws. Game was produced in 1987 in Ontario Canada by Chieftan Products under license from Selchow & Righter, and is the French version. Enclosed instructions/rules, scorepad and pamphlet for dictionary are all in English, and letters are the same. The only difference is that the board has bonus squares in French, easily understandable to English-speaking players (as shown in close-up photo). Box shows light wear and scuffing at corners. Game features turntable base, sealed protective cover for board, non-skid rubber feet, recessed grid to hold tiles while turning, hardwood tiles, 4 tile racks, bag to hold tiles, rules, and scorepad.
