You can see from the pics it has a quarter size white spot in the middle and small 1/2" crease in the front lip that does not allow it to lay flat against the bumper. New and usable for protection if you can overlook the white spot. I couldn't. Last pic is the new one I just installed. Perfect fit and looks great.
