Condition is good: Text clean with light foxing, one 4-page signature sprung but binding otherwise sound, some play to the front hinge, exterior soiled, boards stained, cloth split down the hinges, portions of the spine missing, what remains possibly reglued into place, name and number written in pencil on the bottom of the title page.
