Description: A few years ago, this was and I think arguably still is the top of line Rockshox fork for cross country mountain bikes or your adventure gravel bike. The stanchions are fully carbon and it's inverted similar to the Crane Creek Invert forks sold for gravel bikes. Thanks to the full carbon construction it's really impressively light compared to similarly spec'd forks from Fox or Rockshox today. In order to stiffen up the front end with the inverted stanchions, SRAM and DT Swiss developed a proprietary hub and axle system called "Predictive Steering" which uses a 15x110mm Boost axle but with larger diameter end caps than other companies typically spec. For that reason I'm also including a SRAM Rise XX predictive steering front hub as well (hub has a 24h spoke count). Predictive steering was later renamed "Torque Caps" on newer Rockshox products and I've found these two standards to be largely interchangeable so you shouldn't have much trouble finding a set of boost wheels that fit. Many wheel companies sell "Torque Caps" swappable end caps that will work here. Steer tube is cut at 7" in length so this should work even for many medium, large or even extra large frames. If you do have a tall frame, please be sure to double check that this is long enough for your head tube. Fork is for 29" wheels and has a 46mm offset. Travel can be adjusted between 80-120mm with inserts/adapters, but this is currently set for 100mm.
