This case is constructed from black leather with white contrast stitching, silver hardware, and dual rolled padded handles. The front of the portfolio features a large document compartment with magnetic snap closure. The top features a top flap with magnetic snap closure, that when opened, reveals a black fabric lining with three compartments. The front compartment is an organizer with four credit card/business card slots, three pen holders, large pocket with flap and velcro closure, cellphone pocket, and a magnetic strip for paper clips, etc. The next compartment has a top zipper entry for documents, etc. The rear compartment has a padded sleeve for a laptop up to 15" wide with a velcro holding strap. The case measures 17" wide, 11" high, and 5" deep with a 5" strap drop and silver feet on the bottom of the case. There is also a cellphone pocket on one end of the case.
