Several Sarasota landscapes and water scenes in oil, a portrait of a negro, and a still life make up the exhibit. Mrs. McCollister has been working at painting for more than 30 years; seriously for 12 years; having studied at the Art Academy of Cincinnati, Art Students’ League of New York, Ohio State University, and with some of the leading painters of the country. She came to the Ringling School of Art last year and has done some of the outstanding work of the school.
