The piece was by Rene Perrete, a Paris Designer. His initials "RP" are on the plate just below the picnic basket to the right. On the back is the Sarreguemines mark with the U & C across the center dating the piece between 1875-1900, also impressed mark "2G". Measures 8 5/8" wide. Very good condition, overall crazing, center surface scratches, difficult to see. This is an Estate Item, please review photos.
