I do not know the history of it. It looks like it has just normal wear. It is also labeled, " Envelope Pressure 250 PSI Air". It comes with the yoke installed as seen in the pictures. It measures about 17" overall fully retracted. I did not attempt to pull the shaft out or pressurize the cylinder. The threaded portion of the shaft measures about 7/8" OD. I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
