Description: This is a used Stalker Sport Radar. These are used for sports training, great for baseball, softball, tennis, soccer and other sports. These are used for easy out in the field readings without the need for power cords or lugging of big radar signs, etc. It's a compact radar that operates off of a rechargeable battery that's light and easy to operate. The radar powers on perfectly, I tested it with the tuning fork and it's returning accurate speed readings. I additionally used it outdoors with some larger targets (tennis balls, baseballs, soccer balls) and all looks great. The radar is in great condition, some wear and scratches but otherwise good with no major defects on the button pad or display. I rebuilt the included handle with a brand new 3000mAh Tenergy 7.2v battery pack, this gives the unit a longer run time compared to the original factory batteries. I also fitted the battery with a Tamiya style connector so you can charge it with any hobby-grade charger. Finding the Stalker Charger Platform docks is harder these days, plus they are pricey. The Tenergy charger included is a smart charger and is capable of charging the cells perfectly without overcharging at a fraction of the cost of a Stalker charger. The battery handle can easily be rebuilt by anyone handy with a soldering iron as well as any reputable battery shop. I can also rebuild them in the future if necessary for a fraction of the cost of a new battery handle.
