This is First Edition Buckle #41, a solid brass buckle with darkened accents, made by Award Design Medals, in the 1970s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some minor wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-3/4", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 4.9 oz.
