Description: Absolutely stunning piece. This is a beautiful summer silk tomesode from the Taisho period. Very, very romantic looking piece that's in wonderful original condition with it's exceptionally long sleeves that I just want to gnaw on. Beautiful art work with no fading. The body piece shows some very light migrations; I've used a terribly overexposed photo to show you there is some, but in normal lighting it's not really going to be a problem. Measurements are really pretty good on this one; it's still small; but for the kimono wearer that's 5foot and under; or are happy to wear non-ohashori ( which is a-okay with vintage kimono wearing ) or using one of those cute kimono skirts, this is absolutely a wearable piece. If I didn't have the hips I do; I would wear this in a heartbeat. There may be a mark or two; but nothing obvious I can find. Really nice and big crests on this one. This silk is absolutely luscious, by the way, this is what I call 'butter ro,' and modern ro does not have squat on the old-school antique ro like this. Glorious. No rips or tears or odors. 154cm long63 cm yuki ( half shoulder ) 64cm long sleeves 23.5cm front width, 30cm back width ( double these for width; add 16cm for both of the okumi panels ) I list my measurements by traditional kimono standards; if you're a non-kitsuke person and need help for sizing to wear pieces as cardigans or robes, please message me for help. I only ship within the continental US + Alaska + Hawaii. I cannot ship to APO/military bases overseas. I do not deal with customs forms at all, this is just a side thing I do for enjoyment, and international shipping just gives me really big anxiety. I also do not have a printer and overseas prepaid labels require a printer and cannot be generated with a QR code which is how I ship all my packages via USPS. Thank you for understanding.
