This unit has scuffs and scratches present, as well as staining and remaining label residue. There is also some corrosion present. The left tube holder top is very stiff when shifting side to side. I was able to power on this unit and saw it actuate during the startup process. The unit then showed an Insert Blade message; unfortunately I do not have any compatible blades to perform any further testing.
