I package CDs very carefully and I do not consider minor damage/cracks to the jewel case that can occur during shipping to be a reason for return of CDs. I will gladly accept returns of still sealed CDs, ones which are significantly damaged in shipping or if there are manufacturers issues. I do my best to point out any minor damage the jewel case may have when listing, but life happens and sometimes jewel cases crack. I am always willing to work with buyers to make things right but reasonable expectations should be mutual ☺️
