Compared to the conventional bearing type, the knife-edge mechanism allows for more delicate movement in the vertical direction, resulting in a higher resolution and a more dynamic sound experience. The S-shaped tone arm is universal and can be easily replaced with your favorite headshells and cartridges. Tone arm base with anti-skating and fine-tuning of needle pressure The counterweight for fine adjustment of the appropriate needle pressure and the anti-skating adjustment mechanism allow for more faithful reading of the musical information engraved on the vinyl record. Built-in phono equalizer amplifier compatible with MM-type cartridges The built-in phono equalizer can be directly connected to an amplifier without a phono input. The operational amplifier for the phono equalizer is the NJM8080, a high-quality audio operational amplifier manufactured by New Japan Radio Co. It restores the delicate phono signal read by the cartridge to a line-level audio signal with low distortion and no loss. Supports two speeds, 45 and 33-1/3 The NJM8080 supports 33-1/3 rpm and 45 rpm for playback of LP and EP records.
