Excellent (EX): The record won’t be perfect and may show minimal signs of use. This is a record that may have been played and enjoyed, but was handled with care. The cover may have light scuffing and/or edgewear, minimal creasing, promotional stickers/writing and/or cut-out bin indications such as small punch-holes, small cut corners, etc. that will take the cover out of being NM. Very Good Plus (VG+): The record, while not flawless, will show light usage and may have some mild scuffing and/or fine surface hairlines. Any visible blemishes should have minimal impact on play quality. There may be light surface noise present at quiet portions or between tracks. This is a record that should satisfy all but the most strict of collectors. The cover may have some scuffing and/or edgewear, minimal creasing, promotional stickers/writing and/or cut-out bin indications such as small punch-holes, small splits, small cut corners, etc. that will take the cover out of being EX. Very Good (VG): This record will show more signs of wear and surface noise will likely be present, but the record should play thru without any skipping or repeating. In some cases a good cleaning may raise the condition to the next higher level. The cover defects will be more pronounced, but will not detract from the overall appearance. Good (G): The record will have even more wear with significant surface noise, scratches, and possible groove wear.
