Description: Thermador 30" (model # PRD304GHU) - dual fuel (gas burners on top and 240V electric oven) - 4 burner in stainless steel finish. This stove is in very good / excellent condition and it shows Normal/ average signs of use. There are some very minor scuffs on the sides of the range where it slides in between the cabinets - but won't be visible once installed in the kitchen as well as some other minor scuffs - please all the photos. The top and front of the unit are in great shape. Range features 4 powerful sealed style / star shaped brass burners, stainless steel knobs, 2 x extra-low simmer burners, convection oven, self clean oven, broil and much more. The range has been serviced and tested and it works perfect. This is one of the most dependable ranges one can get. Ready for a new home. This range is set up for natural gas. I do not know if it can be converted to propane - one would have to call Thermador and ask them. *The range comes as seen in the photos - nothing less and nothing more. Please do not assume that the unit comes with original manuals, all accessories, thank you card and recipe book. What you see is what you get and nothing less.* **Attention NYC! Please note that if you live in a very remote area, have a curvy driveway, up the hill type of a driveway or have trees that are obstructing the way - the delivery driver will leave the crate at the beginning of the driveway and it will be up to you to handle it from there. It is up to the driver to make that determination should he feel it is unsafe for him to come closer onto the property. The shipping company will have your phone number (the one registered to your ebay account) and they will call you ahead of time to set up a delivery appointment. The appointment is usually a 2-4 hour window. You can request the driver to call you when he is on his way to your home - at the time of the appointment. Attention Buyers!
