Description: Thomas Kinkade San Francisco Lombard Street S/N Canvas Lithograph Limited Edition #3175 of 3450 (framed in 2002). Beautifully framed and in very good condition. We purchased it in approximately 2005 as original owners. It has been well maintained and kept in a smoke free home ever since. Shipping costs are included in asking price. The frame does have a few minor nicks that occurred during the move to our new home. Close-up photos of these marks are provided and I am willing to take additional photos from any angle, if requested. Certificate of Limitation & Authenticity and original Fine Art Owner’s Manual included.
