Description: The Anderson's Fertilizing Granules 24-0-8 ................. 50 lb The Anderson’s Fertilizing Granules 24-0-8 are specially formulated to help promote a healthier turf on cool season and warm season grasses. Contains Fortify-N which helps reduce the loss of Nitrogen. It contains Fortify-N, a nitrogen stabilizer that features a urease blocker to minimize ammonia volatilization and reduce the loss of Nitrogen, plus Iron to help enhance the turf color. It features just the right balance of nutrients with 24-0-8 formulation to help improve the turf areas on roughs, fairways, and the likes. Use: Fairways, roughs, and other turf areas on cool season and warm season grasses. Application: Light: 3.1 lbs/1,000 sq. ft. Low: 4.2 lbs/1,000 sq. ft. Medium: 5.2 lbs/1,000 sq. ft. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Apply only as directed. Apply during the growing season. Application Rates: LIGHT : 3.1 lbs/1,000 sq. ft. LOW: 4.2 lbs/1,000 sq. ft. MEDIUM: 5.2 lbs/1,000 sq. ft. HIGH: 6.3 lbs/1,000 sq. ft. For all applications: Apply to dry foliage. Water in application with a minimum of 0.2 inches to help move particles into the turf canopy. Do not collect clippings for at least one mowing following application to avoid particle pick-up. Cool Season Grasses: Apply at the Low or Medium rate. Apply at the Light rate when temperatures exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Warm Season Grasses: Apply at the Low to High rate every 4-6 weeks during the period of active growth. Notice: This product contains the micronutrient iron for extra greening and to help prevent iron deficiency. Iron may stain concrete and other surfaces. Misapplied product to these surfaces should be removed promptly by sweeping or blowing. Do not wash off with water. Do not apply near water, storm drains, or drainage ditches. Do not apply if heavy rain is expected. Apply this product only to your lawn and sweep any product that lands on the driveway, sidewalk or street, back onto your lawn.
