Description: Up for sale is a VERY NICE Double - oil on Canvas signed by "carone". It is signed on the bottom right hand corner of the left painting, "CARONE". I can not determine who the artist is although it is signed a bottom and also numbered on the back. The double painting is of ships in the water near a mountainous shoreline. Each painting is framed in wooden frame that measures approximately 25 1/2" x 37 1/2". There are some nicks, scratches, and dings on the frames. The paintings themselves measure approximately 23 1/2" x 36". Overall, it is in Good Condition - there are some scratches and other marks in the paint that you can definitely see when you hold the painting up to the light. Although they don't really show when viewed normally. (See photos 11 & 12 above). Two nice pieces. A perfect piece for any collector! Other dings here and there.
