Vintage 1930s Blue Polka Dot Sweetheart Gown Puff Sleeve 29" Waist

Description: Stunning vintage 1930s dress/gown-Dark blue polka dot dress-Sweetheart neckline-Puff sleeves -Attached ribbon that ties in the back-I would not recommend this dress for bustier women. I did have a bit of difficulty pulling it down over the mannequin's bust, but once I got it over, it fit perfectly on the size 2-4 mannequin in the photo!-Unsure of the fabric material. Could be polyester or rayon? It has a sheen and smooth, but as "buttery smooth" like satin would be.-Hidden snap buttons on the the side of the dress (one of the button's needs a small repair to attached to the other side of the dress)-A few little holes and some discoloration throughout the dress, including some markings on the white trim on the bottom of the dress-Some of the polka dots on the dress look worn/faded (more specifically on the back of the dress) *Mannequin is a women's size 2-4* Please keep in mind vintage/antique items have been previous used and owned.
