Vintage 1930s Jacket Forest Green Wool Womens Size M/L Talon Zipper 30s Ski Vtg

Description: Vintage 1930s Jacket Forest Green Wool Womens Size M/L Talon Zipper 30s Ski Vtg. 1930s thick wool jacket, most likely made for winter snow/ski, in dark forest green with lighter green collar and pocket trim. Features a dagger collar, with a chin strap closing over the zipper, which is attached with Bakelite buttons. The jacket has puffed shoulders with the shoulder pads reaching about 2 inches beyond the shoulder seam. There are 3 darts on the sleeves at the shoulder seam. It has hidden elastic at the waist on the back side. Closes with the coolest 30s Talon zipper. There are two Bakelite buttons at sleeve ends to tighten the cuffs. It is fully lined including the sleeves in a soft cotton flannel fabric. There is the remains of label at the nape of the neck that ‘Lot’ is the only legible print. Condition - very good/excellent - the jacket presents beautifully. *Flaws to note- there is thinning to the cotton flannel lining fabric, and there are approx 4 very small moth nibbles on the left shoulder (see last photo). These are almost impossible to see, however mention for accuracy. Measurements - For reference, the dress form is B35 W25 H36.5. Jacket is too big on these measurements and is clipped at the waist to show better fit. Fitting a womens size medium to large, however please check sizing against the measurements below. Measurements of jacket taken when laying flat are- Pit to pit 51cm / 20” Waist: 46cm / 18” without the elastic relaxed. Max waist with elastic fully stretched is 51cm / 20” Shoulder: 39cm / 15 1/2" (measured on the back between shoulder seams) Sleeve length: 61cm / 24" (shoulder/sleeve seam to cuff end) Length: 57cm / 22 1/2" Please feel free to ask any questions.
