There are 2 metal bands that hold the paper in place – these metal bands were commonly used in the early 1950’s which practice was phased out in the late 1950's. This is a great advertising piece on so many levels - an advertising for VAZQUEZ CUT RATE LIQUOR STORES and a beautiful print by artist A. Golllez R. about children Bull Riding in a Mexican Fiesta, a practice which has hundreds of years of tradition. These posters rarely survived as most were just thrown away. Still, this one looks great and displays nicely.
