Description: The red spiral binding on these calendars are usually awkward to flip through but this one is slightly bend. This has caused a rip on the furthest left spiral on several pages while turning the pages over. (None of the pages are loose.) Flipping the calendar on a flat surface fixes the turning page issue, alternatively when flipping a page move the pages below it away from you counter-clock wise. Pages are clean and alternate from "like-new" to "very good" condition. Envelope/Sleeve has come dirt on the corners is somewhere from "very good" to "good" condition.
