Bottom is printed Rogers ARK with the S-stamp diamond & Oval S/I indicating the bottle was made in Alton Illinois for distribution in Rogers Arkansas. The side is marked with the date 53-14 indicating it was made in 1953. There is a red rust like mark on about the middle of the hobble skirt area and scratches near the bottom of the bottle on one side. See photosHappy to answer any questions
