Does have a white mark on the outside by the top (shown in picture #6). Also there is one on the outside of the handle (shown in picture#4). Manufactured in 1992. Measures 12" long X 12" wide. From the base to the top of the handle measures 12-1/2"tall. Basket is natural in color. On the bottom says 19thy Century 6/15/92. Is signed.
