Description: 1994 TMNT Teenage mutant ninja turtles BBTS Black belt storage shell Michaelangelo(Mikey) pipe grappling hook part(piece, weapon) translucent blue. Made by playmates toys and mirage studios in 1994 & made in Macau. The black belt storage shells were an extremely limited and rare re release of the storage shell turtles from 1990 but they have black belts and all have different translucent accessories. Gently used with a couple of marks on top. Probably can be taken off but I’m not sure because I haven’t tried yet. Please let me know if you have any questions and thanks for looking!
