This 31 Lb 12 Oz Gray Painted Porthole opens and closes properly as it should with tight weather seal. 2 swing screws with 2 brass nuts that turn easily by hand. The glass is 12" diameter and overall frame diameter is 16 3/4", frame is 1/4" thick at the edge and perimeter screw holes are 1/2" diameter.
