Process: Items will be mailed out the day of purchase Monday through Friday before 4 pm EST, otherwise, they will be mailed out on the next business day. If a weekday falls on a holiday, the item will be mailed out the next business day. By default, items will be sent via USPS. Returns: Returns are accepted if they are new and unopened, damaged in shipping*, or not as pictured in the advertisement.
