Boyd) and back has working pin clasp and is marked St. Louis Button Co. Suspended from the top bar is a red, white & blue striped ribbon with gold tone lettering: Forty-First Annual Session, NORTH CAROLINA STATE COUNCIL JR. O.U.A.M. with shield logo image and CHARLOTTE, N.C., Aug. 18-19, 1931. The overall length is approx. 4-1/4" long BY 1-5/8" wide, with original paper label on back from the St. Louis Button Co.
