Buggy attaches to horse drawn wheel piece on a raised hook. No chips, cracks or breaks. Paint scrapes and wear and some rust on axles and buggy hook. White spot on horses face is his coloration – not a chip. Maker marked on bottom of buggy. Selling as is. Use pictures as part of description.
