Vintage Lg Arabic/Turkish Copper Coffee Pot with Brass Finial & Removable Lid

Description: This Large Vintage Arabic/Turkish Copper Coffee/Tea Pot with Brass Finial & Removable Lid is fully lined. It is preowned. There are no dents or corrosion. There is light surface wear due to age and normal use such as small dings and light scuff marks. There is light "patina" which I will leave to the new owners to clean as some feel an item is ruined if the patina is removed. This belonged to my Mother-in-law who loved her things to "shine" so the patina is not dark. This pot was always hand washed and hand dried. This vintage Arabic/Turkish copper coffee/tea pot is in good condition. Please see pictures as your opinion may differ from mine. The removable lid fits snugly when on. The finial is brass. The pot with the lid on is approximately 8 1/2 inches X 3 1/4 inches in diameter at the base X 2 1/4 inches in diameter at the rim. It comfortably holds 20 fluid ounces up to the fill-line (on the pot near the top of the handle). This pot is as beautiful as it is functional. Please see pictures. Yes, this practice does increase the cost of postage, however, it also increases the chances of you receiving your item in one piece. It also helps the reimbursement process if it was well packaged. FYI – most carriers will not reimburse for damage if an item was poorly packaged. This is why the carrier want lots of pictures of the box and packaging materials as well as the damaged item and why you need to hold onto the item as well as the box and all the packaging materials in the event they ask for it. I pad items well for shipping. Personally, nothing is more frustrating to me than searching for that perfect gift or collectable, paying for it and then waiting for its arrival – only to open the box and find it damaged. I go over things with a magnifying glass and check everything twice, however I am human and far from perfect.
