Description: Vintage NOS Hoffritz 8" Carving Knife carver slicer germany ny Carving knife from Hoffritz Germany. 8" blade, 12 5/8" overall length. I see two super thin, very short scratches on the blade by the heel and two very light marks on the handle. Most people would never even notice them, but I try and note every mark I can find. Triple riveted, full tang construction. handle is tight and solid.This is a New, Old Stock. Not sure when it dates to, but I'm guessing 1970's or 80's from the design and blade markings. Check out the handwritten $6.50 price tag! That alone tells you its been a few decades since this was made! Please review all of the photos as they are part of the description.
